Excavator operator
  Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day
  Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 Hourly for 65 hours per week, Bonus, Other Benefits
  Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
  Location: Calgary North West, Alberta (1 vacancy)

Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Type of Heavy Equipment Operated: Backhoe excavator, loader
Type of Work Experience: Fine grading and finishing, Landscaping, Backfilling, Ditching, Excavating, Land clearing, Rough grading, Sub-grade excavating, Material handling
Specific Skills: Operate heavy equipment, Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks, Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment
Additional Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications, Utilize material safety data sheets (MSDS)
Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract)
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Safety vest
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail
Work Site Environment: Outdoors
Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle
Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory
Other Information: Regular, Overtime, Vacation pay paid out every payday. Must have own vehicle.
