routine maintenance jobs and repairs, Work with minimal supervision
Office/Administration activities: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
Equipment Operated/Used: Power tools, Small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments), Snowblowers
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Driver’s validity licence check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive
