Building handyman/woman (NOC: 6663)
  Terms of Employment: Casual, Part Time, On Call, Day, Evening
  Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 Hourly for 5 hours per week
  Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
Experience: 1 – 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Specific Maintenance Activities: Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems, Repair drywall, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs, Work with minimal supervision
Own Tools/Equipment: Tools
Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, Willing to travel, Valid driver’s licence
Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing
Other Information: Maintenance company requires a handyman/woman to do repairs/installations. Minor electrical/plumbing, exterior/interior repairs, lock replacement/repair & carpentry skills. Plumbing skills a must. Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, own tools. Good communication & reliability a must.
