Handyman/woman (Maintenance Person)
  Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, On Call, Day
  Salary: $21.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
  Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
  Location: North & Central Edmonton, Alberta (1 vacancy)

Education: Not required
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Building operator/superintendent certificate, Power/stationary engineer certificate, Building operator certificate
Experience: No experience
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex
Specific Maintenance Activities: Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs, Work with minimal supervision
Office/Administration activities: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
Equipment Operated/Used: Power tools
Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Equipment
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Bending, crouching, kneeling
Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle
