Education: Not required
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Plumber Trade Certification, Driver’s License (Class 3 or D), Provincial Gas Fitter License
Experience: Experience an asset
Languages: Speak English

Area of Specialization: Drainage,
waste and venting systems, Hydronic heating and cooling systems,
Natural and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), Radiant heating systems
Type of Piping: Black carbon or steel, Plastic, Copper
Specific Skills: Install,
repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems, Cut holes to
accommodate pipes and fittings, Measure, cut, bend and thread pipes in
place, Join pipes with couplings, clamps, screws, bolts or cement,
Solder or braze piping
Additional Skills: Instruct apprentices
Security and Safety: Bondable
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence
