The
successful candidate will carry out the mechanical maintenance program
for the Central Utilities Plant and other airport buildings and
structures. The position will monitor building alarm system (Metasys)
and take corrective actions as required. Responsibilities include
supervision and administration of mechanical service contracts,
standing offers, and supporting capital projects. This role will
respond to call centre requests and handle emergency-based failures and
repairs on short notice.

Qualifications: Journeyman
Millwright certificate with 3-5 years of experience at the Journeyman
level and a 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate (1999 or newer)
required. Minimum 3-5 years’ related experience in building operations
with at least 2-3 years’ experience in preventative and predictive
maintenance, repair, inspections and installations of electrical
equipment.
