Qualification Requirements:
Applicants must hold a valid Alberta or Inter-provincial Red Seal Journeyman Welder Certification AND an Alberta ‘B’ Pressure Welder certification.
A High School Diploma or GED is also required. Operating experience would be considered an asset.

-This position is based at our Main Plant located 24km north of Fort McMurray.

-Safety: Suncor’s Journey to Zero is a strategy aimed at eliminating all occupational injuries and illnesses
-Extraction: Crushers and sizers break up the ore for delivery to the extraction plant. At the extraction plant, the raw bitumen is separated from the sand, water and clay and prepared for upgrading.
